Message	and asking for advice, not asking who to send it to... attempting to answer your questions in order 1) You should obtain new rod bolts, but everything else can be reused 2) I've always pulled the heads before the block upside down so I can't really speak to what affect and how long, sorry :( 3) With 185K on the motor, you would be best served by an overbore of .5mm, which means new pistons/rings. If that's not in the budget, you should have it honed and use new rings at a minimum. 4) I would replace the oil pump too along with the rest of a complete 120K kit HTH
